We had so much fun on Halloween! Anna Claire was a beautiful butterfly and really loved all the glitter. Here are a couple of pictures and more will be added soon! What did you do on Halloween???
Wait- no monkey ballerina? What happened to that idea? Sounds like you guys changed as closely to the actual date as Julia did! Hey, at least your change was not from one princess to another princess! ;) She looks so happy and precious!
Oh, and I just showed the kids - and Jack said, "Wow - she looks cute but she does not even look like Anna Claire anymore!" :) He pointed to the pic below of the first haircut and said, "There, that one, she does..." :) My how time flies... :)
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”
I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, teacher, aunt, sister in-law, daughter in-law, friend, teacher, and believer of Jesus Christ. I feel beyond blessed to have found my true partner, soulmate and best friend for life...my sweet husband...Brad! I love being a Mommy to Anna Claire: my spunky, nature loving, dress up wearing, constantly singing beautiful little girl. My William "Barrett" - who is teaching me I can be a "boy Mom", who's contagious smile brightens my day, and the one person that has created an even stronger bond with my husband. I also love being a step-mom to Shelby Elizabeth the reserved, fun-loving, girly-girl who's thoughtfulness of others will melt my heart every time! Most of all I hope to live my life to honor Christ and demonstrate this in my family and to others.
