This day is one of my favorite theme days at Anna Claire's Children's Day Out program. The kids and their parents design a little cardboard car for the kids to sit in while watching a movie projected on the wall, while eating popcorn and drinking a drink. Everyone goes all out with the cars and the 50's attire. It is just precious. Anna Claire has worn a poodle skirt every year, but this was her first year to have a car. It was of course ridiculously girly and extremely gawdy, but what else do you do to a cardboard car?!?
Wow! She will be cruisin' in that fancy car! You are the best mom ever...seriously...I'm sure AnnaClaire and her car were the cutest at the CDO Drive-In Movie!
Love the car - LOVED that day - so fun, so fun... :) Get all of that out now - so that you aren't doing her projects in third grade. HAHAHAHA :) I just need to give her a big hug...she is such a munchkin love! ;)
OK - seriously - I haven't even seen the GEORGIA pics - so I won't even ASK for spring break or Easter... And don't use any excuse like you have been busy with golf balls in your neck or that you are using your spring break to actually RELAX instead of listening to bossy cousins - no, I don't want to HEAR reality here... I want to hear that you stayed up ALL NIGHT to post 200 adorable Anna Claire pics because you are an over achiever...yeah, I like THAT one... :)
Hello. This post is likeable, and your blog is very interesting, congratulations :-). I will add in my blogroll =). If possible gives a last there on my blog, it is about the Transplante de Cabelo, I hope you enjoy. The address is http://transplante-de-cabelo.blogspot.com. A hug.
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.”
I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, teacher, aunt, sister in-law, daughter in-law, friend, teacher, and believer of Jesus Christ. I feel beyond blessed to have found my true partner, soulmate and best friend for life...my sweet husband...Brad! I love being a Mommy to Anna Claire: my spunky, nature loving, dress up wearing, constantly singing beautiful little girl. My William "Barrett" - who is teaching me I can be a "boy Mom", who's contagious smile brightens my day, and the one person that has created an even stronger bond with my husband. I also love being a step-mom to Shelby Elizabeth the reserved, fun-loving, girly-girl who's thoughtfulness of others will melt my heart every time! Most of all I hope to live my life to honor Christ and demonstrate this in my family and to others.
